1. Raffle

 

1.1 The participation period of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period") expires on 15.08.19 at 23:59 o'Clock.

1.2 The main prize is 1000€. Furthermore there are 10x 50€ Amazon vouchers to win. 

1.3 The participation in the lottery takes place according to the description of the lottery:

by using a free application called SUBS. After the participant has downloaded this application in Google Playstore or Apple TestFlight, he can take part in the competition by completing the task set in the competition, i.e. by the end of the participation period - among the at least 1000 participants - he has attained the most subs (= subscribers).

The time recorded by SUBS is decisive for the time of participation. Referrals, subscriptions, replies, posts, comments or likes not submitted within the promotion period will not be considered. The organizer is not responsible for any delays in the submission or transmission of the response and participant data.

2. Participant

 

2.1 Entitled to participate in this competition are persons who have reached the age of 13. No prizes will be distributed to persons under the age of 13 whose participation is expressly excluded.

2.2 The competition takes place with a minimum of 1000 participants.

2.3 The participation in the competition as well as the distribution of the prizes are limited to participants with a registration address in Germany.

2.4 The participant is solely responsible for the correctness of the data provided for participation in the competition. All personal details must be true and correct. Otherwise the participant may be excluded from the competition according to § 3 (4).

2.5 Each participant may only participate once in the competition. Multiple entries are excluded.

 

 

3. Exclusion from the competition

 

3.1 Employees and relatives of employees of SUBS, Raumbild GmbH i.U. and other freelancers directly involved in setting up the SUBS App or software are excluded from participation.

3.2 The organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from the lottery and not to distribute or subsequently withdraw and reclaim prizes, in particular in the event of a violation of these conditions of participation.

3.3 Persons who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation may also be excluded. In such cases, winnings may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

3.4 Also excluded is anyone who provides false personal information or participates in the competition several times.

 

 

4. Execution and handling of the raffle

4.1 During the promotion period, participants will be given a competition task. All prizes will be presented on the competition page. The respective winners will be determined at the end of the promotion period by the organizer or at random among all participants who have correctly completed the winning task.

Participation possibilities, rules of participation, prize draws, etc. which deviate from this competition mechanism will be explained to the participant in the description of the competition. In such a case - unless otherwise described there - these deviating regulations shall apply exclusively.

4.2 Winners will be notified of the SUBS profile of the respective winner by the organiser after the end of the competition. Alternatively, the winners can be announced via the SUBS profile of the organiser after the end of the competition. In this respect, the participant agrees to the naming of his name and the linking to his SUBS profile.

Each winner must report his or her real name to the SUBS website of the organiser via a private message no later than 7 working days after receipt of the prize notification in his or her SUBS profile or announcement of the winner on the SUBS website of the organiser. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

4.3 The prize money will be paid by bank transfer and the winner must forward his address and bank details to SUBS within 7 working days. The organiser or a third party commissioned by the organiser will generally send the material prizes or vouchers by post or parcel service to the postal address to be provided by the winner. Delivery is free of charge within the Federal Republic of Germany. Any additional transport costs and customs duties shall be borne by the winner. The place of performance remains the seat of the organizer despite the assumption of the shipping costs. The delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8.00 and 18.00 hours. The winner must also indicate a substitute address in his immediate vicinity to which the prize can be delivered in his absence. If the consignment cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, the winner must bear the costs of reshipment.

4.4 A cash payment of the voucher winnings or a possible replacement is not possible in any case.

4.5 The claim to the prize or a replacement prize cannot be assigned.

4.6 If the participant uploads pictures, videos or texts as part of a post or commentary, the participant guarantees the organizer that he/she is the legal owner of all necessary rights. At the same time, the participant grants the organizer the right to use these images free of charge for further marketing purposes.

5. Premature termination of the competition

​

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this possibility in particular if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the organizer can demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

 

 

6. data protection, use of data

6.1 Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible via the registered SUBS account of the participant.

6.2 There is no claim to registration for the lottery or participation in the lottery.

6.3 The organizer collects, processes, uses and stores data of the participant in the course of the lottery for the purpose of the lottery execution and processing.

6.4 The participant may object to the storage and use of his data at any time by sending an e-mail to info@subs.tv .

6.5 All personal data of the participants will be processed and used by the organizer in accordance with the legal regulations. Further information can be found in the data protection regulations.

7 Miscellaneous

​

7.1 Legal recourse is excluded.

7.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

7.3 Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.

7.4 These Conditions of Participation may be amended by the Promoter at any time without notice.
